In the heart of the Candy Kingdom, where chocolate rivers flowed and lollipop trees sparkled, lived a young fairy named Lumi. She had tiny wings that shimmered like spun sugar and a curious mind that never stopped buzzing. However, Lumi had one big flaw: she was terribly impatient. If she couldn't solve a puzzle in five seconds, she would stomp her feet and flutter away in a huff. One morning, the kingdom's beloved Memory Berry tree had lost all its berries, and the Queen summoned Lumi to solve the mystery.

Lumi zoomed to the Memory Berry tree, her wings humming with excitement. "I'll find the thief before lunch!" she declared, darting from branch to branch. However, the tree was surrounded by a maze of sticky caramel vines, and every time she tried to fly through, she got stuck. Her neuron-like fairy senses tingled, but she ignored them. "This is taking too long!" she complained, pulling at the gooey vines. Therefore, she decided to take a shortcut through the Gummy Bear Forest, hoping to catch the culprit by surprise.

Tip: Use the present perfect when the exact time is not important or not mentioned.
First Conditional: if + present simple, will + base verb

We use the first conditional to talk about real or possible situations in the future and their results.

“ If you rush, those signals get all jumbled
Tip: Remember to use the present simple after 'if', not 'will'.
Past Continuous: subject + was/were + verb-ing

We use the past continuous to describe an action that was in progress at a specific time in the past, often interrupted by another action.

Tip: Use the past continuous for background actions and the past simple for the main events.
