Zia loved the old library in her town. The library was like a labyrinth, a place with many paths and turns where you can get lost. She went there every Saturday to look at books. One day, she saw something strange on the floor. There were small footprints in the dust. They were tiny, like a mouse's feet. Zia looked closer and felt very curious.
The footprints went along a shelf and then stopped. They stopped in the middle of the floor, with no wall or door nearby. Zia looked around but saw nothing. She thought, "Where did they go?" She remembered her friend's words: "Sometimes the answer is closer than you look." Zia looked at her own feet. Her shoes were clean, but the floor had dust. Then she saw it: a small hole in the floor. The footprints went into the hole. The hole was the home of a tiny mouse. Zia smiled and said, "Your home is a secret place!"
