The Lost Lucky Scarf: A Monkey's Mystery

One morning, Milo the monkey woke up in his tree. He looked for his favorite red scarf, but it was not there. He cried, "Oh no! I lost my lucky scarf!" Milo said to the birds, "I will find it soon, I promise!" He talked all day, but he did not look.

A little squirrel named Tessa heard Milo's words. She said, "Milo, you talk a lot, but you do nothing." Milo laughed and said, "I will find my scarf later." Tessa did not say anything else. She started to search under the bushes and near the stream. Milo stayed on his branch and talked to himself.
